FREQUENTLY ASKED DONATION QUESTIONS

Does Global Outreach Inc have a preferred method of payment?

  • We welcome any donation that you choose to make to help us continue doing the Lord's work around the world. Like all nonprofits or businesses that accept online payments there are overhead fees to pay for that convenience. 

    To avoid those fees for large donations we prefer checks or bank drafts so we can help maximize the impact of your donation. Online donations are possible through PayPal on our website. We have chosen this option because it is convenient and secure.

Can I set up an automatic recurring monthly donation?

  • Yes you can.  There are two main ways:

    • Paypal.com - An automatic donation can be set up directly through our Automatic Donation page using PayPal technology.  This option requires you to have or to create a PayPal account when you finalize the payment options.  

    • Bank Draft - Contact your bank and arrange for an automatic check to be sent to Global Outreach Inc, PO Box 618, Orange Beach AL 36561.

Is my donation tax deductible?

  • Yes it is. Global Outreach Inc is legally recognized as a 501c(3) nonprofit organization and your donation is tax deductible in the U.S.

    Acknowledgment letters and yearly statements are provided promptly.

Can I donate stock to Global Outreach?

  • Yes. Please contact us to learn more about donating stock or other non-cash gifts such as trusts or estates.

Can I designate how my donation will be used?

  • Yes you can. If you would like to direct your donation toward a special project or fundraising effort you can let us know at the time of your donation. Our donation page has an online Donation Form where you can specify how your donation should be used.  We also have a Donation Store where you can specifically choose the project or ministry area that you would like to direct your donation toward.  

    If a donation is received without a special designation we will use it as best we can to sustain the work we have been called to do.

Can my non-profit, foundation, or other group make a donation?

  • Yes. Please Contact Us to talk about how your organization can partner with us and the best way to transfer a donation.

Global Outreach is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charity.  All contributions designated for specific projects will be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift.  If we receive more contributions  than can be wisely applied to a project, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.  Gifts with no designation will be used for the greatest need.  State Requirements:  VA:  A financial statement may be obtained upon written request from the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs.  We are unable to accept donations from residents of the following states:  IL, MD, MI, MS, PA, WI
