The Allan and Harle Eliason Scholarship Fund is named in honor of the founders of Global Outreach Inc. The scholarship program encourages and equips recipients to dedicate their personal and professional lives to improving the quality of life for the people of their home community and country.  The scholarships are for orphans, pastors, & staff members or their children, who are partnered with Global Outreach Inc.  The funds provides for training beyond high school to include Bible school, college or university, vocation-technical school or other approved institutions or higher learning that serve to enhance personal, professional, and spiritual development.
