After retiring from the Department of Natural Resources, Nancy married Bruce in 2006 and moved to Penn-sylvania. Nancy received her Masters in Business Administra-tion from the University of Alaska and completed course work in chaplaincy training (Rapid Response Team) through the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Nancy has one son, Brandon Welch. Nancy is also serving as treasurer for Global Outreach.
