An urgent request has been received from Reverend Thomas in India. He writes:
"The people affected by leprosy are considered untouchables and they exist only by begging in the streets. This is the rainy season now so they are not able to walk in flooded areas because of their wounds. Please kindly help these 150 people with rice, blankets and bandages."
